Workshops to focus on developing habits and attitudes promoting, self-compassion, daily acts of appreciation and valuing, for example, what worked well in the day and to manage the 3P's (personalization, pervasiveness, and permanence) which entrench difficulties.

How Does Coaching Happen ?Make an Initial Inquiry - use the form opposite and we'll have a free exploratory session for 20-30 minutes to get a sense of what coaching is, what it might offer you and to decide if you and your coach will be a good fit for the changes you want to make.
Discovery Session - a
longer than usual coaching session where you talk more broadly about yourself and what's important
to you. You may be surprised about what emerges as important to you. This is the session where some coaching goals are established that you begin to work on.
Regular coaching sessions 2 or 3 coaching sessions each month for at least 3-4 months to get some shifts and changes underway. It's said that it takes 90 days to shift changes in habits.
